1. Who we are

GreyLeads ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based at RMZ Ecoworld, 6A, Outer Ring Rd, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560103, India. We decide how and why the personal data described here is processed. You can reach us at contact@greyleads.in or +91 70105 52833.

We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Enquiry forms (homepage and Contact page): your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and your message.
• Newsletter sign-up (Blog page): your email address.
• Job applications (Careers page): your name, email address, the role you are applying for, your portfolio or LinkedIn link and anything you choose to tell us.
• Direct contact: anything you share when you email, call or message us on WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as pages viewed, time on page, how you arrived (for example from Google or a social post), device and browser type, and approximate location (city or region). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We also record when someone sends a form or taps our phone, WhatsApp or email links, so we can see which pages bring in enquiries.
• Security and hosting: our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as financial, health or government ID details through this website. Please do not send it in a form.

3. How we use your data

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals or growth plans you ask for.
• To send our newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue lets you unsubscribe.
• To review job applications and contact candidates.
• To understand and improve our website and marketing, using analytics.
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam or misuse.
• To meet legal obligations.

We process data you submit on the basis of your consent, which you give when you send a form or contact us, and for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as responding to your request and keeping our site secure. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:

• FormSubmit, which delivers website form submissions to our email inbox.
• Google, for Google Analytics and our email (Gmail).
• Cloudflare, which hosts and protects our website.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights. Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their safeguards and on the transfers being permitted under Indian law.

5. Cookies and analytics choices

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Our website works normally without these cookies.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship and any period required by law.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Job applications: up to 12 months, so we can consider you for future roles, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
• Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics (up to 14 months).

7. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to team members who need it, and reputable service providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us straight away if you think your data has been put at risk.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw consent;
• stop using it for something you previously agreed to (withdraw consent). This does not affect what we did before you withdrew it;
• let someone you nominate exercise these rights on your behalf if you cannot.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please write to us first at contact@greyleads.in and we will try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their data, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
