A cafe app rebuilt from scratch for iOS and Android

The challenge

Jona's Cafe wanted an app its customers would enjoy using every day. The existing application needed a complete update, and the brief was clear: it had to be simple, user friendly and very light, so it runs smoothly on any phone.

What we did

• Rebuilt the application from scratch on modern technology, with the latest AI features built in.
• Designed a simple, user-friendly flow so customers find what they want in a few taps.
• Set up automation behind the app, so routine updates and follow-ups run without manual work.
• Kept the app lightweight, so it opens quickly and runs smoothly.
• Prepared the launch on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

How we kept it light

Every improvement had to pass one test: does the app stay fast? Screens stay simple and nothing heavy gets added that would slow a phone down, so new features never come at the cost of a smooth experience.
